Following an interview Tim Cook held with WSJ a few days ago, Apple updated pricing across a majority of their product lines today. The iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods categories were all spared for the time being, but I don’t expect that to be the case when the September event rolls around. The most disappointing move the company made today was increasing the price of the entry level iPad and MacBook Neo by $100. For those two products specifically price is a major feature, and raising them destroys their value proposition entirely.

Here is a full list of the changes made to base models and home products today. Note that if you configure a custom build on higher-end MacBook Pro and Mac Studio models the price increases will literally make your eyes bleed:
